What am I buying?

ProjectDesk Pro products are digital templates. Most products contain an editable Microsoft Excel workbook plus a short start guide and licence information.

Will anything be posted to me?

No. These are digital products and no physical item is shipped.

What software do I need?

The files are supplied in Microsoft Excel .xlsx format. For best results, use a current desktop version of Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet applications may open the files, but formatting, formulas or dropdown behaviour can vary.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes. The workbooks are intended to be edited and adapted for your own projects. You can add your own rows, wording, company information and project data.

Can I reuse a template?

Yes. You can duplicate and reuse purchased templates for your own personal or internal business projects, subject to the licence terms.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. The templates may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to template marketplaces, shared publicly or supplied as standalone files to third parties.

Are these templates professional advice?

No. They are project-management and organisational tools. They do not replace professional legal, tax, financial, structural, engineering, quantity-surveying, health-and-safety or regulatory advice.

What if I need help?

Use the Contact page and include the product name and a short description of the issue. We will help with file-access or basic template-use questions where reasonably possible.

What about refunds?

Because these are digital products, please review the product description before ordering. Any refund or cancellation rights remain subject to applicable law and the store policies shown at checkout.

How does the free starter pack work?

Add the Free Project Control Starter Pack to checkout and complete the £0 order. Your email address is required so Shopify can send your order and digital-download details.

Will I receive marketing emails after downloading the free pack?

Only if you choose to opt in to ProjectDesk Pro marketing. The email used for order and download delivery is separate from optional marketing consent. Marketing subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
