ProjectDesk Pro Digital Product Licence
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive licence to use and edit the supplied template files for their own personal projects or internal business projects.
You may
- Edit and customise the templates for your own use.
- Duplicate the files for multiple projects you personally manage or projects managed internally by your business.
- Export reports or information created from the templates for clients, colleagues or project stakeholders.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the original templates or substantially similar copies.
- Upload the files to another template marketplace, shared public drive or download site.
- Share the purchased source files with unrelated businesses or individuals as a substitute for them purchasing their own copy.
- Claim the ProjectDesk Pro template design itself as your own commercial template product.
Responsibility for use
The templates are organisational tools. The buyer is responsible for checking data, formulas, project requirements and any professional or statutory obligations relevant to their use.
ProjectDesk Pro does not guarantee a particular commercial, financial, regulatory or project outcome from use of the templates.
